Director (Technical): 01 Post Qualification: i). Officers of Central and State Government/ Central and State PSUs /Central and State Autonomous/ Statutory bodies holding analogous posts in the relevant field; or 5 years of experience in the relevant field in the Pay Band 3 with Grade Pay of Rs.7600/- or equivalent; or 10 years of combined experience in the relevant field in the grade pay of Rs.7600/- and Rs.6600/- or equivalent or above; and ii). Possessing degree in any biological sciences (including Agriculture) from a recognised university. Pay Scale: Rs. 37400-67000 + GP –Rs. 8700 (PB-4). Deputy Director (Legal): 01 Post Qualification: i). Officers of the Central/ State Government/ Central/ State PSUs/ Central and State Autonomous/ Statutory bodies holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/ Department; or With 05 year service on regular basis in posts in PB-3, Rs.15600/- - Rs. 39100 + Grade Pay of Rs.5400/- or equivalent in the parent cadre/ Department; and ii). Possessing a degree in law of a Government recognized University/ Institute. Pay Scale: Rs.15600-39100+GP - Rs.6600 (PB-3). Principal Private Secretary: 01 Post Qualification: i). Officers of Central and State Government/ Central and State PSUs/ Central and State Autonomous/ Statutory bodies holding analogous posts in the relevant field of Stenography line; or officers in other Central/ State Govt. offices with 5 years regular service as Steno Grade ‘A&B’ (merged) or 7 years of regular service as Stenographer Grade ‘C’ in Pay Band 2 with GP of Rs. 4600/- in the parent cadre or department; and ii). Knowledge of computers. Pay Scale: Rs.15600-39100+GP –Rs. 6600 (PB-3). Under Secretary (Admin & Finance): 01 Post Qualification: i). Officers of Central and State Government/Central and State PSUs/ Central and State Autonomous/ Statutory bodies holding analogous posts in the relevant field or 06 years of experience in the relevant field in the Pay Band 2 with Grade Pay of Rs. 4800/- or equivalent and 3 years experience in Administration/ Finance/ Vigilance/ Budget; and ii). Possessing degree from a recognised university. Pay Scale: Rs.15600-39100+GP –Rs. 6600 (PB-3) Investigator/ Field Officer: 03 Posts Qualification: i). Officers of Central and State Government/Central and State PSUs/ Central and State Autonomous/ Statutory bodies holding analogous posts in the relevant field; or 05 years of experience in the relevant field in the Pay Band-1 with Grade Pay of Rs. 2400/- or equivalent or above; and ii). Possessing qualification of inter/ 10+2 passed from Science stream from recognised university/ board. iii). Knowledge of computers is desirable. Pay Scale: Rs.5,200- 20,200+ GP- Rs. 2800/- (PB- 1). Private Secretary: 02 Posts Qualification: i). Officers of Central and State Government/ Central and State PSUs/ Central and State Autonomous/ Statutory Bodies holding analogous posts or ii). Officials in Central and State Government/ Central and State PSUs/ Central and State Autonomous/ Statutory Bodies with 05 years of regular service in Stenography line with Grade pay of Rs. 2400/- and iii). Knowledge of Computer is essential. Pay Scale: PB-2 Rs.9300-34800 + GP Rs.4200/- Personal Assistant/ Steno: 01 Post Qualification: i).
