Appellate Tribunal for Electricity: Registrar, Court Master

  1. Registrar: 01 Post
    Eligibility: Officers of the Central Government or State Government or High Court District Court possessing degree in law from a recognised University or equivalent.
    i). holding analogous post on regular basis, or
    ii). with two years regular service in the post in PB-4 with Grade Pay of Rs.8900/-or equivalent; Or
    iii). With three years regular service in the post with grade pay of Rs.8700-
    Holding post of Distt. Judge or Addl. District Judge or Registrar or Addl. Registrar on regular basis or
    With five years regular service in the post of Joint Registrar of a High Court.
  2. Court Master: 01 Post
    Eligibility: Officers of the Central Government or State Government or High Court or District Court or PSUs or Autonomous bodies:
    i). holding analogous post on regular basis, or
    ii). with five years of regular service in the post in pay band-2 with grade pay of Rs.4200/- or equivalent,
    Possessing Bachelors degree from a recognized university or equivalent
    Possessing speed in stenography of 100 w.p.m.(English); and
    Having knowledge of computers
  3. Cashier: 01 Post
    Eligibility: Officials of the Central Government or State Government or High Court;
    i). holding analogous posts on regular basis; or
    ii). With three years regular service in the post in pay band–1 Rs.5200-20200/- with grade pay of Rs.1800/- or equivalent; and
    iii). 12th passed (10+2 certificate) from a recognised Board or equivalent.
    iv). Having knowledge of cash and accounts work and
    v). Having knowledge of computer.
  4. Law Clerk: 02 Posts
    Eligibility: Three years professional/ Five years integrated Degree in Law from any Law College or recognised University throughout the country. Applications shall be accepted from such Law Graduates who have not started practice as an advocate or engaged in any other professional vocation/service. Those who have appeared in LLB (Final) in 2014-15 Examination and are awaiting result may also apply.
How to Apply: The completed application in the prescribed format along with attested copies of up-to-date ACRs for the last five years and vigilance clearance, may be forwarded to the Appellate Tribunal for Electricity, Core-4, 7th Floor, SCOPE Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi.
