Minimum 25 years of professional experience with a successful track record of which 5 years shall be at a senior management position preferably in a consultancy/engineering/project oriented organization. Must possess skills and experience in Project Management, and candidates with professional PM certifications will have an advantage. A team player with strong leadership traits, impeccable integrity and negotiation skills. Jt. General Manager Requirements: Candidate must be a Graduate/Post Graduate in Engineering/ Management. Minimum 22 years of professional experience with a successful track record, of which, 5 years shall be at a senior management position preferably in a consultancy /engineering/project oriented organization. Must possess skills and experience in Project Management, and candidates with professional PM certifications will have an advantage. Attributes like a pleasing personality, strong communication and networking skills to deal with clients, contractors and other stake holders. A team player with strong leadership traits, impeccable integrity and negotiation skills. Principal Consultant Requirements: First class Graduates/ Postgraduates in Engineering/ Management/ Business Administration with minimum 18 years of professional experience. Must possess strong technical and project management skills for effective coordination with project teams and clients. Good communication skills, oral and written. Experience and acumen for preparation of project reports, project status and review reports for communication amongst various stake holders. Planning, organizing and scheduling skills to coordinate various meetings related to project activities and providing adequate background information to participants in advance. Note: The management reserves the right to call only a limited number of candidates for interview. Appointment will be on permanent / contract basis. Posting can be anywhere in India.
