M.Tech Scholarships, 2015 @ IIT, Delhi

Scholarship Details: Students admitted to M.Tech./ M.S. (Research) and M. Design Programmes(full-time): Considered for the award of ‘Half-time’ Research/Teaching Assistantship under which they will be paid Rs.8,000 per month. They would be required to provide assistance of 8 hours/week to the Department/Centre. The maximum duration for which Assistantship can be awarded is 4 semesters. Students admitted to M . Tech. (High Value Assistantship) Programmes: Considered for the award of High Value Assistantship under which they will be paid Rs.15,000 per month. They would be required to provide assistance of 20 hours/week to the Department/Centre. The maximum duration for which Assistantship can be awarded is 6 semesters. Eligibility: Candidate must have: For M.Tech./M.Tech. High Value Assistantship/M.S.(R) (Direct Admission):B.E./B.Tech./M.Sc. or equivalent with 75% marks or 8.5 CGPA on a 10-point scale and also with GATE score > = 300 or qualifying score whichever is higher For M.Tech./M.Tech.(High Value Assistantship)/ M.S.(R) (Admission with test/interview): B.E./B.Tech./ M.Sc. or equivalent with 60% marks or 6.75 CGPA on a 10-point scale and also with GATE score > = 300 or qualifying score whichever is higher How to Apply: The mode of applying is through online. Candidates belonging to General/OBC category are required to pay for each application form a fee of Rs. 200/- and the candidates belonging to SC/ST/PH categories are required to pay Rs. 50/-.
