Eligibility A candidate for admission to the MD/MS must possess a degree of MBBS duly recognized by the medical council of India and should have obtained permanent registration from any of the state medical councils of India. Candidate not possessing a recognized medical qualification for the above purpose should secure the prior approval regarding qualification by the medical council of India before he/she can be admitted to the MD/MS course. The candidate for admission to MD/MS course should have completed his/her C.R.R.I. (Compulsory Rotatory Residential Internship) on or before 31st March 2015. Candidates should apply for the all India entrance examination which will be held on 14 February 2015. How to Apply? Candidates have to fill the application form on online. Applications for the entrance exam can be obtained on payment of Rs.2000/- by cash (or) D.D. taken in favor of “Saveetha University”, payable at Chennai in person, (or) Rs.2050/- by Post. Applications can also be downloaded from their official website, and the completed applications forms should be accompanied by DD for Rs.2000/- taken in favor of Saveetha University, payable at Chennai. Completed application forms should reach the Director of Admissions, Saveetha University, Chennai Selection Procedure: The admission for MD/MS degree course is based on merit depending on the performance of the candidate in the entrance examination.
