Accordingly, the qualified candidates of EAMCET-2014 are informed to attend certificate verification in any one of the designated Help Line Centers (HLCs) and as per the schedule given under. Note: Candidates claiming reservation under special categories CAP/NCC/PH/Sports shall attend for certificate verification at Sanketika Vidya Bhavan, Masab Tank, Hyderabad only. Who can participate? Candidates who have not taken admission so far in any engineering college Candidates who have taken admission earlier but cancelled their admission and subsequently not taken admission so far in any college. Certificates to be produced by all candidates: All original certificates and 3 sets of Xerox copies like EAMCET Rank Card, Hall Ticket, Intermediate Memo- cum-Pass Certificate, S.S.C or its equivalent Marks memo, VI to Inter Study Certificates, Residence certificate for a period of ten years in case of non-local candidates, Income Certificate issued after 01.01.2014 and Caste Certificate issued by competent authority and also PH/CAP/NCC/Sports/Minority Certificate if applicable. Certificates to be produced by PH/CAP/NCC/Sports/Minority Candidates: PH-Certificate issued by District Medical Board--- Candidates with 40% and above disability are only eligible. CAP- Certificate issued by Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer (In case of Ex-Service men) Identity card and Discharge book for verification. Candidates whose parents are domicile of Telangana/Andhra Pradesh are only eligible to be considered under “CAP” Category. NCC & Sports- Produce Original Certificates issued by competent authorities. Minorities: SSC TC containing Minority Status or Certificate from the Head Master. Fee to be Paid: (At the Time of Certificate Verification): Processing Fee: Rs.600/- (OC/BC), Rs.300/-(SC/ST). Schedule Ranks Dates of certificate verification Dates of option entry 1 to 1,00,000 05-11-2014 05-11-2014 to 07-11-2014 1,00,001 to Last 06-11-2014 Candidates are informed to attend in any one of the help line centers convenient to them as per the ranks and dates mentioned above. However ,Candidates who are attending HYDERABAD center are informed to attend as per the rank distribution indicated for four Help line centers. Date of allotment: 09-11-2014 after 6:00 PMNote: Candidates who have already taken admission anywhere either in category-A or category-B are not eligible for these colleges through sliding. Every candidate who attends certificate verification has to come with original Certificates . In the absence of original certificates candidates will not be permitted for counseling. Candidates who have attended for certificate verification earlier, but not taken admission so far, shall have to attend once again for certificate verification with all original certificates on payment of processing fee. Based on the option entry, candidates will be allotted in these enlisted colleges only and they are informed to note that the provisional allotment made is subject to the grant of affiliation by the respective university. The tuition fee paid by the students will be deposited in interest bearing account and in the event of refusal of affiliation by the university the fee will be refunded to the candidate. Candidates of AU/SVU/NL region can also attend counseling to take 15% unreserved seats earmarked in the said colleges along with OU local candidates. The candidates who secured 45% (For OC) and 40% (SC/ST/BC) in group subjects of Intermediate or its equivalent examination are only eligible for admission as prescribed by AICTE/Government.
