Qualification: PhD or M.Tech./ M.Sc. in Agril. Process Engineering/ Food Engineering/ Food Sc. & Tech./ Food Technology/ Agricultural Chemistry or allied discipline. Experience in the field of Nano formulation/ microencapsulation/ packaging of fresh and minimally processed fruits and vegetables will be preferred.
- RA: 01 Post
Qualification: PhD in Chemistry or allied discipline. M.Sc./ M.Tech. in Chemistry or allied discipline with two years of relevant research experience. Experience in Nano formulation technology will be preferred.
- Lab. Assistant: 01 Post
Qualification: B.Sc./ B.Tech. in Chemistry/ Food Science/ Food Engineering or allied discipline. Working knowledge of analytical/ biochemical methods/ techniques and computer skills will be preferred.
