Fellowships in Yoga Science @ Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga

Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga, New Delhi, an autonomous organization under Department of AYUSH, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of India invites applications for Fellowship in Yoga Science (D.Y.Sc.) for Graduates who shall be admitted to Diploma in Yoga Science regular non-residential course, of one year duration (02 Semesters) for the academic year 2014-15. Fellowship Details 8,000/-per month will be awarded to 2 students each from Andaman & Nicobar Islands and North-East States. The application of those candidates shall be forwarded by the concerned Health/ AYUSH Dept. of the States/ UT. 3,000/-per month will be awarded to 13 Indian students(Gen-7, OBC-3, SC-2 & ST-1)on merit cum reservation basis on the basis of performance in the 1st semester examination of the course Eligibility Criteria Graduate from a recognized University with minimum 50% marks in aggregate. However, it will be 40% for SC/ST candidates. 5% weight age, over and above the eligibility marks, will be given to those possessing PG Degree in any subject.
