Counselor: 01 Post Qualification: i). Masters degree in Social work (preferably specialized in medical & psychiatric social work/ Psychology). Or ii). Candidates with degree in sociology may be considered. Or ii). A qualified graduate nurse can be appointed as counselor but he/she must undergo 12 days counselor training at NACO Designated institute. Staff Nurse: 02 Posts Qualification: i). B.Sc. Nursing/ GNM or ii). ANM with minimum 3 years of experience. Care Coordinator: 01 Post Qualification: The Care Coordinator should be a PLHIV, with a minimum of intermediate (12th) level education. She/ He must also have working knowledge of English and local language. Data Analyst (Bio-Statistician): 01 Post Qualification: MA/ M.Sc. in Statistics/ Mathematics with computer proficiency.
