GITAM – M.Sc. Programmes (Last date: 01.05.2014)

Candidates seeking admission to various M.Sc. programmes of GITAM Institute of Science of GITAM University are required to appear for GITAM Science Admission Test (GSAT - 2014).
I. PG Course Details:
1. M.Sc. Applied Mathematics
Qualification: B.Sc. with Mathematics as one of the subjects.
2. M.Sc. Physics
Qualification: B.Sc. with Physics, Mathematics and any other subject
3. M.Sc. Electronics Science
Qualification: B.Sc. with Electronics / Physics, Mathematics and any other subject.
4. M.Sc. Analytical Chemistry
Qualification: B.Sc. with Chemistry as one of the subjects
5. M.Sc. Organic Chemistry
Qualification: B.Sc. with Chemistry as one of the subjects
6. M.Sc. Biochemistry
7. M.Sc. Biotechnology
8. M.Sc. Microbiology
9. M.Sc. Food Science & Technology
Qualification: Any two of the following subjects in B.Sc: Agriculture, Biochemistry, Bioinformatics,
Biotechnology, Botany, Chemistry, Environmental. Etc.
10. M.Sc. Bioinformatics
Qualification: Any two of the following subjects in B.Sc: Agriculture, Biochemistry, Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, Botany, Chemistry. Etc.
11. M.Sc. Environmental Science
Qualification: First preference will be given to BEM candidates. The remaining seats will be allotted to candidates with B.Sc. in Life Sciences.
II. UG Programmes:
1. Bachelor of Environmental Management (BEM)
2. Five year Integrated M.Sc. Programme in Biotechnology
3. Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)
Qualification: Intermediate / +2
How to Apply: Filled in applications along with attested copies of all related certificates and the prescribed fee of Rs.300/- should reach the Principal, GITAM Institute of Science, GITAM UNIVERSITY, Rushikonda, Visakhapatnam.
