1. Programme Coordinator: 06 PostsQualifications: Doctoral degree in relevant field of Agriculture/ Horticulture/Animal Sciences/ Fisheries including relevant basic science with four years experience as Scientist/ Lecturer/ Extension Specialist or in an equivalent position in the pay scale of Rs.8,000- 13,500/- having made contribution to research/ teaching/ extension education as evidenced by published work/innovations or Doctoral degree in relevant field of Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Animal Sciences/ Fisheries including relevant basic sciences with four years experience of high quality post-doctoral research in an institution of repute evidenced by publication in high impact/ renowned journals. 2. Deputy Registrar: 01 Post Qualifications: i). Masters Degree in Arts/ Science/ Commerce. The requirements of Master’s degree may be relaxed in case of employees of the university. ii). At least 15 years of experience in administration, preferably in the administration of recognised educational/ research institutions or organisations, out of which 5 years should be in a responsible and supervisory capacity. 3. Assistant Registrar/ Administrative Officer: 05 Posts Qualifications: i). Degree in Arts/ Commerce/ Science. ii). The candidate must have served for at least 10 years in the line of general administration, out of which 5 years must be in a responsible post in the rank of UDA or equivalent or still higher post in Govt./ Semi Govt. or recognised public institutions/ undertakings. 4. Deputy Librarian: 02 Posts Qualifications: Muster degree with knowledge of computer application. Or At least second class Masters Degree or equivalent CGPA in Arts/ Science/ Commerce/ Agriculture/ Vety. Science/ Home Science with at least second class Bachelor degree in Library Information Science or i) Bachelor degree in any field of study ii) Masters degree in Library and Information Science with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade of B (Grade Point 3.50-4.49) in UGC seven point scale. iii). 5 years service experience as Assistant Librarian (senior scale, with AGP of Rs.7000)/ Documentation Officer in a University Library or 15 years of professional experience in a University Library system. iv) Evidence of initiative and ability to plan, organize, administer in a library. v). Minimum score as stipulated in the ‘Academic Performance Indicator (API) Score Card Guideline prescribed for Direct Recruitment of Library Professional Staff in AAU to be called for interview. 5. Assistant Librarian: 02 Posts 6. Documentation Officer: 01 Post Qualifications: Bachelors degree in any discipline with Bachelors degree in Library & Information Science with knowledge of computer applications followed by at least High second Class (55% marks or equivalent grade point) Masters degree in Library & Information Science or i) Bachelors degree in any field of study. ii) Masters degree in Library and Information Science of a recognized University with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade of B (Grade point 3.50-4.49) in UGC seven point scale iii). Qualified National eligibility Test (NET), NET is not required for disciplines in which NET is not conducted. NET is waived for candidates with PhD degree, provided such degree is obtained under course credit system in accordance with the UGC (Minimum Standards and Procedures for Award of PhD degree, 2009 Regulation) and the candidate has at least two full length publications in referred journals having ISSN/Impact Factor, on the last date of submission of application. NET is also exempted for regularly appointed in-service candidates of AAU rendering at least 15 years of continuous service. 7. Assistant Engineer: 04 Posts Qualifications: i). Degree in Civil/ Electrical/ Agricultural/ Architecture Engineering with 2-3 years experience or Diploma in Civil/ Electrical/ Agricultural Engineering with 10-12 years experience in Govt./ Public organisations. ii). Preference will be given to the candidates having past experience in supervision of construction/ internal electrification of buildings and streets electrification/ Agricultural field works etc. 8. Junior Engineer: 05 Posts Qualifications: Diploma in Civil/ Electrical/ Agricultural Engineering with 2-3 years experience. 9. Lady Medical Officer: 01 Post Qualifications: i). High second Class MBBS degree. Postgraduate degree in General Medicine is desirable. ii). Five years practical experience in Medical College or in a Hospital of standing. Preference shall be given to persons having experience in Govt. recognised hospitals/ institutions. 10. Information and Technical Officer: 01 Post Qualifications: i). Passed Bachelors degree in IT/ Computer Science/ Computer Application. ii). Secured 55% marks in a minimum CGPA of 3 in 4 point scale or 7 in 10 point scale in Masters degree in IT/ CS/ CA. iii). Minimum 5 years. of service experience in the rank of System Analyst or equivalent. iv). Previous experience in the field of networking, web-page designing UMS/ DMS. 11. Junior Administrative Assistant: 40 Posts Qualifications: Degree in Arts/ Science/ Commerce. 12. Field Man: 52 Posts Qualifications: Graduate in Science/ Arts. However, relaxation in qualification may be given to those AAU in the respective line or having diploma/ certificate from the Govt. recognised institute in the required subject. 13. Laboratory Assistant: 30 Posts Qualification: Degree in Science/ Home Science. 14. Electrician: 03 Posts Qualification: Passed from ITI in the trade with 2-3 years experience. 15. Plumber: 02 Posts Qualification: Passed from ITI in the trade of Fitter or Plumber with 2-3 years experience.
