Postgraduate degree in Social Work/ Business Administration/ Business Management with specialisation in Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations/ Labour Welfare (or) Postgraduate degree/ Diploma of minimum two years duration in Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations/ HRM/ Labour Welfare/ Labour Management/ Labour Administration/ Labour Studies. 2. Chief Manager (Finance): 02 Posts Qualifications: Pass in final examination of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (CA)/ Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India (ICWAI) or degree in any discipline with MBA of minimum 2 years duration with specialisation in Finance. 3. Executive Engineer (Mechanical): 01 Post Qualifications: Degree in Engineering (or) AMIE in Mechanical. 4. Executive Engineer (Electrical): 01 Post Qualifications: Degree in Engineering (or) AMIE in Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics/ Electronics & Communication. 5. Executive Engineer (Mining): 01 Post Qualifications: Degree in Engineering (BE/ B.Tech./ B.Sc. 4 years) (or) AMIE in Mining with first class Mine Manager Certificate of Competency under Coal Mine Regulations, 1957. 6. Dy. Executive Engineer (Mining): 01 Post Qualifications: Degree in Engineering (BE/ B.Tech./ B.Sc. 4 years) (or) AMIE in Mining with second class Mine Manager Certificate of Competency under Coal Mine Regulations, 1957. 7. Dy. Medical Office (Medical): 01 PostQualifications: Pass in MBBS with completion of CRRI.
