Or Vessel Navigation Trade Certificate from CIFNET under NCVT Program. Or Marine Fitter Trade Certificate from CIFNET under NCVT Program. Age Limit (As on 01/07/2013): Candidates age limit should be 45 years for Master posts, 42 years for Sarang/ Navigator posts and 37 years for Engine Driver & Kalasi posts.
