2. Food and Nutrition Biotechnology:
Thrust areas includes: prebiotic-probiotics dietary fibers for the prevenetion of obesity via modulation of beneficial gut bacteria and inflammation/ Developing glycoconjugates capped multifunctional gold nanorod based nanobiosensor for detection of multiple food borne Bacteria.
