Description Summary:
1. Candidate must have good analytical skills. Should be able to analyze business requirements, create low level technical designs under the supervision of team leads.
2. Technical expertise in JAVA/ J2EE, JSF, Struts 2, Spring, Hibernate.
3. Apart from Coding as prime responsibility, the candidate would also be involved in validation process like unit & integration testing in DEV environment.
4. Must have effective communication skills to interact with onshore SMEs. Having knowledge of quality process will be an added advantage.
