If any category candidates fail to secure under open competition, they shall be considered under respective categories on the same day of counseling on which date they have attended. Hence, there is a scope of getting the BC, SC and ST category reserved seats filled up on 13-08-2015 and 14-08-2015. For the Un-Reserved (Non-Local 15%) quota, any candidate from AU, SVU or OU region with AP EAMCET Rank can compete on merit. The seats in various UG courses shall be filled in as per the Presidential Order and rule of reservation based on the AP EAMCET 2015 ranks as and when the seats in Open Competition gets filled up. The seats in the categories shall also be filled in based on the choice exercised by the candidate with a particular social category. Subsequently, the remaining seats only are filled up on the scheduled days for respective social categories. Fee for payment seat: The candidates are required to produce all the relevant original certificates at the time of counseling and selected candidates have to pay the requisite fee immediately (Rs.11,450/- for ANGRAU, Rs. 12,145/- for SVVU & Rs.12,535/- for regular and Rs. 53,305/- for payment seat in Dr.YSRHU) on the counseling day itself at the respective college counters, failing which the seat stands cancelled. Selection of candidates under SC, ST and BC quota is subject to clearance by the respective social status Directorates of Government of Andhra Pradesh. The provisional selection under BC-E category is subject to the final adjudication. This notification shall be treated as individual intimation. No separate intimation will be sent. The rank holders of 5506, 6532, 7795, 7893, 8390, 9526, 9655, 11438 and 12718 need not attend this counseling due to various reasons like late receipt of applications/ under or over aged etc. The Counseling will be conducted on all the days as notified above including public holidays and even in the event of any day declared holiday by Government. There is no sliding option. The seats falling vacant due to non-joining/ cancellation of seats subsequently shall be filled up by open manual counseling only again, if necessary. Only one parent/ guardian per student will be allowed at the counseling centre.
