Areas of Research: PhD Program in Intellectual Property Right PhD Program in Renewable Energy Fellowship Details: Fellowship under Intellectual Property Right: Each Fellow will receive fellowship of Rs. 12,000/- per month and a contingency grant of Rs. 25,000/- per annum for the initial year as Jr. Research Fellow(JRF) Each Fellow will receive fellowship of Rs. 14,000/- per month and a contingency grant of Rs. 25,000/- per annum for second and third years as Sr. Research Fellow(SRF) Fellows will also receive Departmental assistance for infrastructure of Rs. 3,000/-, escorts/reader assistance for physically/visually challenged of Rs. 2,000/- and House Rent Allowance as per rules Fellowship under Renewable Energy: Each Fellow will receive fellowship of Rs. 16,000/- per month plus HRA and a contingency grant of Rs. 20,000/- per month for two years as Jr. Research Fellow(JRF) Each Fellow will receive fellowship of Rs. 18,000/- per month plus HRA and a contingency grant of Rs. 20,000/- per month for three years as Sr. Research Fellow(SRF) For Extended SRF: Fellows will receive fellowship of Rs. 20,000/- per month plus HRA and a contingency grant of Rs. 20,000/- per month until the date of viva voce or one year from the date of submission of thesis. Eligibility: Applicants must have LL.M degree with at least 55% marks in the aggregate.
