Qualification & Experience: Degree in Ceramic Engineering preferably first class from a recognised university/ institute. Environment Management:

Qualification & Experience: Should be a Graduate in Environmental Engineering or Graduate in Civil/Metallurgical Engineering with P.G Diploma/ Degree in Environmental Engineering/ Science or Masters Degree in Environmental Science with Doctorate in Environmental studies from recognised university/ institute. The candidate should have relevant post qualification experience in executive cadre as stated at III below in a large Steel Plant in handling Environmental Pollution Control Equipments, environmental monitoring, compliance of State/ Central Government, environmental clearance conditions, forest clearance conditions etc. Knowledge of computers is an added advantage.
Finance
- Asst. General Manager (E5)/ Dy. General Manager: 01 Post
Qualification & Experience: Should be a Graduate from a recognized university and a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accounts of India/Institute of Cost Accountants of India with good academic record and should have relevant post qualification experience in executive cadre as stated at III below in preparation and finalization of Accounts, Budget and costing, store and Materials, Accounting and Audit in a large steel plant. Candidates should have experience of Customs Regulations, Taxation, Excise law and other statutory regulations. Working knowledge of computer is necessary.
HRD

Qualification & Experience: Degree in Engineering preferably first class Or Graduation with 2 years Postgraduate degree/ diploma in Sociology/ Social work/ Labour Welfare/ Personnel Management/IR or MBA with specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from a recognised university/ institute. Should have relevant post qualification experience in executive cadre as stated at III below in developing and implementing talent management strategies to develop leadership capabilities, develop action plans to effectively identify HR intervention needs, Planning & Implementation of HRD Training programs for all categories of employees, designing and implementing high quality learning and development system and process etc., in a large steel plant.
Materials Management & Marketing

Qualification & Experience: Degree in Engineering or Graduation with MBA/ PG Diploma (of not less than 2 years duration) in Materials Management. Should have relevant post qualification experience in executive cadre as stated at III below in all gamut’s of material management/ marketing function of a large steel plant and should be well conversant with Materials Management Policies, Import & Export procedures, handling of stores and purchase department. Knowledge of Computer will be an added advantage.

The incumbent should be dynamic, self driven and have good liaison, communication and presentation skills.
Town Administration (including Land Administration)
