M.Tech. & M.Arch. Programmes @ National Institute of Technology Hamirpur

National Institute of Technology, Hamirpur, invites applications for admission in to its M.Tech. & M.Arch. Programmes for the academic year 2014-15. Eligibility Criteria Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Technology/Architecture/AMIE in appropriate discipline or a Master Degree in appropriate discipline with CGPI of 6.5 on a 10-point scale (or equivalent)or 60%marks in case of Open/OBC Candidates in qualifying degree. Whereasin caseof SC/ST candidates a CGPI of 6.0 on a 10-Point scale (or equivalent) or 55% marks in qualifying degree will be applicable. The admission to M.Tech./M.Arch. programmes will be on the basis of valid GATE score in the year 2013or year 2014in appropriate subject. In every programme only certain combinations of eligibility degree disciplines and GATE subjects are allowed. The above table provides details of such requirements as well as availability of seats in each programme. However, the candidates sponsored from Govt. organization/institute are exempted from the requirement of valid GATE score. Tata Institute of Social Sciences, (TISS) is inviting applications for admission in to its Post Graduate Diploma in Health Administration, for the academic year 2014-15. Eligibility Criteria Bachelor’s Degree (under 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 or 10+2+2+1 year bridge course pattern of study or any other pattern fulfilling the mandatory requirements of 15 years of formal education), in any discipline and has been working at least 3 years in government or non-government organization in the field of public health. Medical degrees (Allopathic, Ayurvedic, Homeopathy, Unani, Sidha and Dentistry), B.Sc.Nursing, Post BSc Nursing, paramedical and allied health degrees in the fields of pharmacy, physiotherapy, occupational therapy and other paramedical disciplines and have been working at least 3 years in government or non-government organization in the field of public health. Other bachelor’s degrees like Engineering, Law and in any discipline or other degree holders and have been working in public health organizations for at least 3 years. Candidate should be currently working in a health care organization.
