2. Attendant-cum-Technician (Boiler Operation): 5 Posts
Qualification: Matriculation and ITI from Govt. RecognisedInstitute with at least 2nd Class Certificate of Boiler Competency.
3. Operator-cum-Technician (Trainee): 290 Posts
Qualification: Matriculation with 3 years full time Diploma in engineering in Automobile / Ceramics / Chemical / Civil / Electrical / Electronics.
4. Attendant-cum-Technician (Trainee): 169 Posts

Sanskriti – Madhobi Chatterji Memorial Fellowship

Sanskriti Madhobi Chatterji Memorial Fellowship New Delhi invites applications from interested candidates for the fellowship, in the field of Indian Classical Music and Dance from young artists who wish to contribute towards enriching the art form.
Scholarship Details
  • The objective of the Fellowship is to encourage promising young artists to develop their potential and perfect their skills by providing them the resources and time to dedicate to the art.
  • The Fellowship carries a grant of Rs 1, 00,000.
  • The duration of the Fellowship will be ten months. The grant of Rs. 1,00,000 will be given in two installments. The first installment of Rs 50,000/- will be given at the commencement of the fellowship programme and a short mid-term progress report will be required.
  • The second installment will be given after the submission of complete project report when the fellow may be requested to give a recital.
Eligibility Criteria
  • The Fellowship is open to Indian Nationals from any genre of Indian Classical Music (Vocal or Instrumental) or Dance (any form or choreography).
  • Proposals that further the objectives of the program are welcome. The candidate should have at least some years of formal training in Indian classical Music or Dance.
  • The fellow would be required to have given at least 2 to 3 solo performances to his/her credit.
  • The candidate will be facilitated to take guidance from a source unavailable to him/her to enhance his existing style.
  • It can be a residency programme for a period of minimum three months, which can be spread over the period of ten months.

  • Candidates should send a two – page CV, a CD of their recitals and a write up of approximately 500 words explaining their project. The project proposal should explain how the fellowship will provide an opportunity to express their creativity and technical competence and expand the repertoire of their style.
  • Full postal and telephonic contact details together with any E-mail id should be submitted to facilitate contact. Few samples of previous work, project or performances should be submitted. The names and contact addresses/telephones of two referees should also be sent.
  • The application should bear the title ‘Sanskriti – Madhobi Chatterji Memorial Fellowship’ on the envelope when sent by post.

The Prabha Dutt Fellowship in Journalism

Applications are invited from interested women budding Print Journalists for The Prabha Dutt Fellowship, New Delhi, for the academic year 2014-15.
Scholarships Details
  • The purpose of the Fellowship is to encourage young mid career women Journalists to develop their potential by pursuing meaningful projects without having to work under the pressures of short deadlines.
  • The Fellowship carries a grant of Rs 1,00,000 including travel expenses. The work can be executed in Hindi, English or any Regional Language.
  • The duration of the Fellowship will be Ten months. A grant of Rs. 1,00,000 will be given in two phases; the first installment at the commencement of the award and the second after submission of the completed project. A progress report will be required after the first four months.
Eligibility Criteria
  • The Fellowship is only open to women who are Indian Nationals in the age group of 25 to 40.It is exclusively for print journalists.
  • The Fellows will be required to publish a stipulated number of articles in established publications. The Fellow may work on a book or monograph for subsequent publication within the given time frame.
