And should have secured B2 grade(7 points) in aggregate and also secure B2 grade in English in SSC Public Examination 2014.
Selection Process: The selections will be made on merit basis through Entrance Test conducted by Gurukulam.

Introduction:
The Gurukulam, APTWREI Society, Hyderabad has been running with (11)
institutions of Excellences (08) COEs / (03) SOEs/ (01) IIT Study Center apart from (55) RJCs
for ST Students to provide necessary academic environment and inputs and also providing
specialized coaching to meritorious ST students to enable them to compete successfully in
order to get admissions into All India Level Institutes such as IIT, NIT, IIIT, Medical Colleges
etc.
The selections will be made on merit basis through Entrance Test conducted by
Gurukulam. The selected students will get all benefits extended by Gurukulam such as free

VII. Mode of Entrance Test:- The Entrance test will be of subjective type which covers (8)
very short questions carries (2) marks each, (5)Multiple choice questions (1) mark each and
(4) one word answer type questions (1)mark each up to the standard of X class syllabus in the
subjects of Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biological Sciences @25 mark in each
subject .There will be test in English for 25 marks in the areas of comprehension,
composition and grammar. The total marks for the tests including English are 125 for duration
of 2.30 hours (i.e) from 10.30 AM to 1.00 PM
X. Selection of Students: 1. Selection of students for IIT Study Centre, Rajendranagar,
Hyderabad shall be made on basis of State Common Merit (Boys only).
2. Selection of students SOEs & COEs shall be based on the regional merit (students of
catchments districts) in common Entrance Test following the reservation norms for Girls.
