Janssen Phamaceutica Scholarships 2014 @ Kings College London, UK

Kings College London, UK is inviting applications for awarding for the Janssen Phamaceutica Scholarships 2014.

Scholarship Details
The Janssen Phamaceutica Scholarships 2014 are for students pursuing M.Sc. in Global Mental Health at the Kings College.

Each scholarship will cover full overseas tuition fees and a living expense stipend of £14,000.

Eligibility criteria
The candidate should have the following eligibility criteria:
  • Applicants must hold an offer of admission to the M.Sc. in Global Mental Health commencing in 2014/15.
  • A strong preference will be given to applicants who are nationals of, and have been ordinarily resident in, low- and middle-income countries as defined by the World Bank for the last three years.
  • Applicants from non-English speaking countries must meet the following English Language Requirements: 7.0 overall for IELTS, with at least 7.0 for written English and at least 6.0 for the other skills.

International Fellowships 2014 @ Indian Council of Medical Research

The Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) is inviting applications for awarding International Fellowships for the year 2014-15.

Fellowship Details
The international fellowships are for Indian biomedical scientists. There are 12 fellowships for young scientists and 6 for Senior Scientists.

The duration of the fellowship is 3-6 months for young scientists and 10-15 days for senior scientists.

A financial support of US$ 3000 per month, contingency grant of Rs. 20,000 and return economy class air ticket for young scientists and US$ 200 per day, contingency grant of Rs. 20,000 and return economy class air ticket for senior scientists.

Eligibility Criteria
The candidates should have the following eligibility criteria:
  • The candidate should have an MD or PhD degree with at least three years teaching/research experience for young scientists and at least fifteen years for senior scientists.
  • The candidate should hold a regular position in a recognized biomedical/research/health institution in India.
  • The candidate should be below 45 years of age for young and 57 years for senior scientists.

World Citizen Talent Scholarship 2014 @ Hague University of Applied Sciences, Netherlands

Hague University of Applied Sciences, Netherlands is inviting applications for awarding for the World Citizen Talent Scholarship 2014.

Scholarship Details
The World Citizen Talent Scholarship 2014 is for students planning to pursue a Masters degree at the university.
There are 9 scholarships available and the value of the award is € 5,000 as tuition fee waiver.

Eligibility criteria
The candidate must be enrolling for the first time for one of the University’s International Master Programmes and must have been provisionally accepted as a student on or before 31 March 2014.
