J.N.Tata Endowment Loan Scholarships 2014-2015
Sir Dorabji Tata Trust is inviting applications for awarding J.N.Tata Endowment Loan Scholarships for the academic year 2014-2015.
Scholarship Details The J.N.Tata Endowment Loan Scholarships for the academic year 2014-2015 is for students pursuing higher studies in all disciplines and subjects. Value of the Award The J.N. Tata Endowment offers loan scholarships only. The loan amount ranging between Rs. 60,000 and Rs. 4,00,000 is awarded to each scholar and does not cover the full cost of studies. Selected scholars may also qualify for a gift scholarship from the Jamsetji Tata Trust and a Travel Grant from the Sir Dorabji Tata Trust. A gift scholarship can amount to a maximum of Rs. 3,80,000. Eligibility Criteria The candidates should be graduates of a recognised Indian university with a consistently good academic record or students in the final year of the degree course. Academicians and other mid-career professionals up to the age of 45, planning to go abroad for further research, specialization or training are also eligible to apply. How to apply? The candidate can obtain the application forms at the Administrative Office of the Endowment at Mulla House, 4th Floor, 51 M.G. Road, Fort, Mumbai 400 001. Application Fees The application fee of Rs. 100 is to be paid in cash or by Money Order or a Demand Draft drawn in favour of “The J. N. Tata Endowment”. Nottingham Developing Solutions Masters Scholarship 2014
University of Nottingham, UK is inviting applications for awarding Nottingham Developing Solutions Masters Scholarship 2014.
Scholarship Details Nottingham Developing Solutions Masters Scholarship 2014 is for students from Africa, India or the specified Commonwealth Countries wishing to pursue a full-time Masters Degree programme at the university starting in September 2014. Value of the Award The number of awards available is 105. The 30 awards are 100% tuition fee scholarships and 75 of them are 50% tuition fee scholarships. Eligibility criteria The applicants must be already holding an offer to start a full-time masters degree programme, including MRes, at University of Nottingham for September 2014 entry. How to apply? The candidates need to first apply for a full-time Masters Degree programme at the university starting in September 2014. After receiving an offer confirmation, candidates can apply for the scholarships online. Important Dates Last date for submission of application: 25 April 2014.
