EXPERIENCE: Candidates should have experience in the Finance & Accounts
department and should be well conversant in all aspects of Financial Management and
Accounting. Corporate Accounts, Revenue, Budget, Taxation, Working Capital
Management, Capital Expenditure, Resource mobilisation, PF, Gratuity, Repair,
Maintenance, Operational Accounts, Salaries, etc.
Should have 2 years Experience in the immediate lower scale of pay in case of PSUs/
in equivalent immediate lower scale of pay in case of Government/ Autonomous bodies.
OR
For others, should have 12 years Post Qualification Experience in responsible position.
02. DY.GENERAL MANAGER (FINANCE) - 01 Post ( UR-1 )
Scale of Pay: Rs.32900 - 58000 Age: Upto 45 Years
QUALIFICATIONS: Member of CA/ICWAI
EXPERIENCE: Candidates should have experience in the Finance & Accounts
department and should be well conversant in all aspects of accounting and finance,
Corporate Accounts, Revenue, Internal Audit, Budget, Taxation, Working Capital
Management, Capital Expenditure, Resource mobilisation, PF, Gratuity, Repair,
Maintenance, Operational Accounts, Salaries, etc.Should have 2 years Experience in the immediate lower scale of pay in case of PSUs/
in equivalent immediate lower scale of pay in case of Government/ Autonomous bodies.
OR
For others, should have 10 years Post Qualification Experience in a responsible
position.
03. MANAGER (FINANCE) – 2 POSTS ( OBC -1, SC-1 )
SCALE OF PAY: RS.29100-54500 Age: Upto 40 years
Qualification: Member of CA/ICWAI
Experience: Candidates should have experience in the Fin.& Accts. Department and
should be well conversant in financial, taxation, compilation of final accounts, budgetary
control, work contracts etc.
Should have 2 years Experience in the immediate lower scale of pay in case of PSUs/
in equivalent immediate lower scale of pay in case of Government/ Autonomous bodies.
OR
For others, should have 8 years Post Qualification Experience.
04. MANAGER (MATERIALS)- 1Post (UR-1 )
SCALE OF PAY: RS.29100-54500 Age: Upto 40 Years
QUALIFICATIONS: B.E./ B.Tech.(Mech.)/ (Mech.Marine)/ Electrical/ Electronics/
Production Engg from a recognised University. PG Degree or PG Diploma in Materials
Management is preferred.
EXPERIENCE: Candidate should have experience in global procurement of spares,
identification of suppliers, inventory management, quality standards etc., Experience in
a shipping/ dredging industry is preferred.
Should have 2 years of experience in the immediate lower scale of pay in case of PSUs/
in equivalent immediate lower scale of pay in case of Government/ Autonomous bodies.
OR
For others, should have 08 years of post-qualification experience.
Knowledge in ERP and E-procurement is desirable.
05. MANAGER (TECHNICAL) – 02 Posts (UR-1, OBC-1)
SCALE OF PAY: RS.29100-54500 Age: Upto 40 years
QUALIFICATIONS: B.E./B.Tech(Mech.)/Mech.(Marine) from a recognised University
OR MEO Class I/II OR Dredge Engineer Grade I/II OR Ex. Chief/ Master Chief Engine
Room Artificer (ERA) of Indian Navy.EXPERIENCE: Experience in repairs and maintenance of vessels is required.
One year post qualification experience in case of MEO CL-I/ Dredge Engineer Grade–I
OR 4 years post qualification experience in case of MEO CL-II/ Dredge Engineer Gr-II.
OR
Candidates possessing B.E./B.Tech(Mech.)/Mech. Marine, should have 02 years of
experience in the immediate lower scale of pay in case of PSUs/ in equivalent
immediate lower scale of pay in case of Government/ Autonomous bodies.
OR
For others, Eight (08) years post qualification experience in case of Mechanical/ Mech.
Marine Engineering graduates.
06. DY. MANAGER (MARKETING) – 1 POST (UR)
SCALE OF PAY: RS.20600 – 46500 Age: Upto 35 years
Qualification: First class full time MBA (Marketing Management) from a recognized
University.
Experience: Candidates should have experience in an Engineering Industry, in the
field of market study, market intelligence, business development, analysis of business
opportunities domestic and abroad, joint ventures, special purpose vehicles, image
building, corporate communications etc.,
Should have 2 years Experience in the immediate lower scale of pay in case of PSUs/
in equivalent immediate lower scale of pay in case of Government/ Autonomous bodies.
OR
For others, should have 4 years Post Qualification Experience.
07. DY. MANAGER (MATERIALS) – 3 POSTS (2-OBC, 1-ST)
SCALE OF PAY: RS.20600 – 46500 Age: Upto 35 years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech.(Mech.)/ Electrical /Electronics /Production Engg/
(Mech.Marine) from a recognised University. PG Degree or PG Diploma in Materials
Management is preferred.
Experience: Candidate should have experience in Materials department.

bodies.

For others, should have 2 years post qualification experience.
