Associate Technology - Web sphere Commerce Server Qualification: Bachelors degree required. Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred. Experience: 2 to 4 years of total / relevant IT experience and at least 06 months to 1 year of minimum professional experience with WCS technologies. Skills: Strong, hands-on experience with Web sphere Commerce Server (WCS) & Java J2ee development Should have a good understanding of online e-commerce concepts (i.e. shop, browse, order, B2B/B2C etc.) Should have worked on at least one sub-system of WCS Should have understanding of WCS programming model (i.e. command, store-jsp, view etc.) Should have understanding of various business Models i.e. B2B, B2C Should have good understanding of DOJO (Web 2.0 store front) implementation.
