1. Technical WriterRecruitments:
   • Bachelors degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, which you could show through your writing.
   • Knowledge and experience with open source and Linux is highly regarded, so show your open source contributions.
   • Submission of a writing test; don't stress, it's just a basic, time-limited check to make sure our writers can actually write.
2. Learning and Development Instructor
   Recruitments:
   • Experience in delivery of technical training in an instructor-led classroom setting.
   • Solid background in Linux or UNIX system administration and deployment.
   • Experience in software development is a plus.
   • Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) is a must, and Red Hat Certified Architect (RHCA) is preferred.
3. Senior Software Engineer 
   Recruitments:
   • Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
   • Familiarity with Java-based component frameworks and dependency injection.
   • Knowledge of Java EE6, EJB or CDI, is an advantage.
   • Experience with unit and functional test automation.
