NOTIFICATION FOR SECOND AND FINAL
COUNSELING INTO THE AFFILIATED MEDICAL AND DENTAL COLLEGES IN STATE OF ANDHRA
PRADESH
In
continuation of earlier notification dated 23.07.2015, the University proposes
to fill up the vacant seats arose after 1st counseling for
admission into MBBS/BDS courses for the year 2015-16 in the State of Andhra
Pradesh. The counseling for Special Categories will be held on 24.09.2015 and
the 2nd and Final counseling will be held from 25.09.2015 to
28.09.2015 for all vacant seats.
The
Eligible Rank holders of Andhra Pradesh EAMCET-2015 who did not get the seat in
1st counseling are directed to attend this counseling. Those
candidates who secured admission in 1st counseling and wish to
change their college/course according to their merit, and those who have
cancelled / withdrawn / not joined can also attend the counseling.
COUNSELING SCHEDULE FOR SPECIAL CATEGORIES:
Note: The merit list under Sports
& Games category, NCC Seat Matrix of both NCC and Sports & Games
category and counseling date will be notified later.

Note: Mere attending the counseling does
not confer right for a seat. The candidates will be called as
per ranks basing on the seats available in the counseling. They can attend
the counseling as per the availability of seats displayed in the
website every day after the counseling is completed.
All candidates means OC, BCA, BCB, BCC, BCD, BCE, SC &
ST categories.
1) The details of vacancies available category
wise will be displayed in the University Website on23.09.2015 &
24.09.2015 for the counseling to be held from 24.09.2015
& 25.09.2015 respectively.
2) No individual intimation will be
sent to the candidates regarding this notification and those who are absent on
the day of the counseling and at the time of their turn announced will be
considered in eligible for admission.
3) The selected candidates shall submit all
original certificates and pay the college fee and University fee by way
of crossed demand drafts (as detailed in the earlier notification 23.07.2015 drawn in favour of the Registrar, Dr. NTR University
of Health Sciences, payable at Vijayawada any Nationalized Bank.
4) The other terms and conditions for counseling
remain unchanged as announced in our earlier notification dated 23.07.2015
5) For further details refer to Regulations.
6) Candidates who have already taken admission
in earlier phase shall bring the copies of allotment orders, receipt of
certificates, fee receipt and admission (copy) from the college where the
candidate was admitted.
7) The University fee and other fees
once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
1.
Counseling Fee(non- refundable): All the candidates who attend the counseling first
time have to pay an amount of Rs.1500/- for OC /BC and Rs.800/- for
SC/ST candidates as counseling fee at the reception counter of the
counseling center irrespective of their selection /admission. The
candidates those who have paid the Counseling fee during the 1st counseling
such candidates shall produce counseling fee receipt at the Registration
counter.
2.
Custodian Certificate: The
candidates who have admitted into affiliated colleges of A.P State during 1st Counseling
under Government, “A” or “B” category seats can attend the counseling with
admission order. All other candidates should submit required Original
Certificates, otherwise they will not be allowed for counseling, even on submission
of custodian certificate.
3.
Final Counseling: Once
a candidate secured admission into a particular college / course based on
his/her option no more claims for admission into other colleges / course be
entertained during the Academic Year 2015-16
4.
Cancellation fee : Rs.1,00,000/-
towards cancellation fee to be paid for cancellation of admission by
the candidates who are provisionally selected into MBBS/BDS courses in the
counseling for the academic year 2015-16 and also forfeit
the University fee and tuition fee which was paid at the time of
counseling.
