Filled in application forms need to be sent to Principal cum Co-ordinator, Helen Keller’s Training College for the Teachers of the Deaf, Rajiv Gruha Kalpa Road, Ramanjaneyapuram, Chinna chouk, Kadapa along with DD for Rs. 500 in favor of Training College for the Teachers of the Deaf payable at Kadapa.
