Atomic Minerals Directorate for Exploration and Research (AMDER): Various Posts

  1. Technical Officer-C (Physics): 09 PostsQualification: M.Sc. in Physics/ Applied Physics from a recognised university/ institution with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate. Applicant should have Physics and Mathematics up to B.Sc. or at subsidiary and/or ancillary level in case of five year integrated M.Sc. with minimum of 60% aggregate marks in M.Sc. as well as in B.Sc.
  2. Technical Officer-C (Chemistry): 08 Posts
    Qualification: M.Sc. in Chemistry with specialisation in Analytical/ Inorganic Chemistry and B.Sc. with Chemistry, Physics & Mathematics, with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in B.Sc. and M.Sc. from any recognised university/ institution. Or 5 year integrated M.Sc. in Chemistry with Physics & Mathematics as subsidiaries with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks from any recognised university/ institution.
  3. Technical Officer-C (Mechanical/ Drilling): 07 Posts
    Qualification: BE/ B.Tech. in Mechanical/ Automobile/ Drilling Engineering from a recognised university/ institution with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate.
  4. Scientific Assistant-B (Physics): 05 Posts Qualification:B.Sc. with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate from any recognised university/ institution.
  5. Scientific Assistant-B (Chemistry): 12 Posts
    Qualification: B.Sc., with Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate from any recognised university/ institution. Or B.Sc. (Hons.) in Chemistry with Physics and Mathematics with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks from any recognised university/ institution.
  6. Scientific Assistant-B (Drilling/ Mechanical): 34 Posts
    Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical/ Automobile/ Drilling Engineering (3 years course after SSC) from a recognised institution with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate.
  7. Scientific Assistant-B (Mineral Technology): 01 Post
    Qualification: B.Sc. with Geology or B.Sc. in Mineral Beneficiation with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate from recognised university/ institution.
  8. Scientific Assistant-B (Computer Science): 01 Post
    Qualification: Three year Engineering Diploma (after X/ SSC or equivalent) in Computer Science & Engineering / Information Technology with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks or B.Sc., (Computer Science) with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks.
  9. Scientific Assistant-B (Library Science): 01 Post
    Qualification: B.Sc. with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate + Bachelor of Library Science or equivalent Diploma in Library Science with 60% marks.
  10. Scientific Assistant-B (Mine Survey): 02 Posts
    Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering (3 years course after SSC) from a recognised institution with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate and with Mines Survey Competency Certificate in metalliferous Mines (unrestricted).
  11. Pharmacist-B: 02 Posts
    Qualification: HSC/ Intermediate (10+2) passed from a recognised institution. + 2 years Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognised institution. + 6 months training in Pharmacy and Registered as a Pharmacist with Central or State Pharmacy Council.
  12. Technician-B (Geology Sampler): 10 Posts
    Qualification: HSC or SSC passed with a minimum of 60% marks with Science and Math’s subjects. + Recognised Trade Certificate of not less than one year duration in either of the following trades. i) Fitter. ii). Grinder. iii). Laboratory Assistant.
  13. Technician-B (Photography): 02 Posts
    Qualification: HSC or SSC passed with a minimum of 60% marks with Science and Math’s subjects. + Recognised Trade Certificate of not less than one year duration in Photography/ Digital Photography. + Candidates should be able to handle video camera also. + Candidates should have practical knowledge of computer for day to day work and photoshop software for all types of photo editing.
  14. Technician-B (Civil): 03 Posts
    Qualification: HSC or SSC passed with a minimum of 60% marks with Science and Math’s subjects. + Not less than one year course of Industrial Training Institute/ Vocational Training or equivalent recognised course in Draughtsman Civil/ Architectural Asst./ Construction Technology from a recognised institution of State/ Central Government.
Processing Fee: Rs. 250/- is payable by applicants applying for the posts of Technical Officer-C. Candidates belonging to SC/ ST, dependents of defence service personnel killed in action, persons with physical disability and women candidates are exempted from payment of this fee.
